We take reasonable care to ensure that products we sell are genuine and accurately described.

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep our stock information accurate, there may occasionally be situations where an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide a refund where appropriate.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.

We make every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate.

If a genuine pricing or technical error results in a product being listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

Where an order has been affected by a genuine pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund of any payment already taken.

We will not use pricing errors simply to cancel an order because we later decide that the product could have been sold for more.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

You will normally receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order, but does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch where there is a legitimate reason, including:

a genuine pricing or technical error;
an item becoming unavailable;
suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
payment problems; or
an error in a product listing or order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a refund for the affected order.

We will not cancel an order simply because the market value of a collectible has changed after the order was placed.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

If payment cannot be successfully completed or authorised, we may be unable to fulfil the order.

7. Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the delivery service selected.

Tracking will be provided where the delivery service includes tracking. Some lower-cost delivery options may not include tracking.

If your order is delayed or appears to have been lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

8. Pre-Orders

Where products are available for pre-order, the expected release date will be shown on the product listing where available.

Release dates are provided by manufacturers or distributors and may change.

If a release date changes, we will update customers where reasonably possible.

Any specific terms displayed on a pre-order product page will also apply.

9. Returns & Refunds

Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Returns & Refunds Policy removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

For collectible products, particularly sealed products, the condition of the item can significantly affect its value. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for information about returned and opened sealed products.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for photographs of the product and packaging to help us investigate the issue.

We will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

11. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

interfere with the operation or security of the website;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
use the website for fraudulent purposes; or
knowingly provide false or misleading information.

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers or website.

Our original website content, branding, logos, photographs, graphics and written material belong to KNR Collectables or are used with permission.

You must not reproduce or commercially use our original content without permission.

KNR Collectables is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts or other offers.

Any specific conditions attached to a promotion will be displayed alongside the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors relating to promotions.

We aim to keep our website available and operating correctly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or completely free from errors.
